Vespa Docu: Dolce Vita on two wheels
On Whit Monday, 29.05.2023, 3.45 p.m., SWR television and the ARD Mediathek will be showing a documentary about the Vespa lifestyle that is really worth seeing. The film by Stefan Tiyavorabun shows very vividly how emotionally charged the Vespa hobby is and what passion the owners of the cult vehicles from Italy bring to it. "Vespa: Dolce Vita auf zwei Rädern" (Vespa: Dolce Vita on Two Wheels) is a successful homage to the Vespas, their drivers and the history of the two-wheeler. In the process, the author very successfully links three stories and even makes a brief flying visit to the SIP Open Day 2022, where Ralf shows what it's like behind the scenes. The Vespa - Eighty Years of Youth
In the mid-forties, the Vespa first inspired youth and has never stopped since. More than 19 million units have been produced worldwide. Practical, reliable and affordable, for women and men alike, it caused a revolution on Italy's roads and far beyond. The cult scooter from the small town of Pontedera near Pisa became a worldwide symbol for mobility paired with joie de vivre: Dolce Vita on two wheels!
