Vespa Corso Munich 2025
On 29 May 2025, Ascension Day, hundreds of scooter riders will once again gather in the Bavarian capital to take part in the now traditional Vespa Corso Munich in Munich. Student pastor Friedemann Plug, together with Robert Balkau, Robert Frödrich, Vespa Cowboys Munich, Enrico Sartori and Barbara Wolf & Orchestrina Binario XI, is organising a tour with symbolic character: "Munich Freedom to Europlatz, with a ride around the Angel of Peace".
And this Vespa Corso can be perfectly combined with the SIP Open Day on 31 May 2025, as it is only a stone's throw from Munich to Landsberg. So if you fancy enjoying the scooter feeling in Bavaria for a few days, you definitely shouldn't miss out on these dates. And for the bridging day between the two events, there are trips to Lake Ammersee, Lake Starnberg, the Alps or the picturesque Allgäu. There are plenty of tours in the area.
Programme and schedule
The Vespa Corso Munich 2025 starts at 11:00 Clock with the Preludio: the check-in on the forecourt of the Erlöserkirche. There, participants can enjoy fresh coffee at the Caffè Bar. The musical prelude will follow at 11.45 Clock with live music by Enrico Sartori, Barbara Wolf and the Orchestrina Binario XI. The official part of the meeting starts at 12:00 Clock with saluti - short speeches, musical interludes, a prayer and the ceremonial opening of the open-air season.
At 12:20 Clock it's Lo Start: the Corso sets off with a loud rattle, unmistakable smell and a full tank of petrol. The route - Senza Fine - runs from 13:00 Clock without stopping via Karolinenplatz, the Altstadtring, around the Friedensengel to the Luitpoldbrücke.
