Review 2023: Scooter meeting in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia

We would have loved to have been there! Around 300 enthusiasts of Vespa, Lambretta and other two-wheelers met in November last year in the largest city in the Colombian department of Quindío: Armenia. Naturally, SIP Scootershop did not miss the opportunity to support this event.

Another sponsor was Z4 Custom Motorcycle from the capital Bogotá. Owner Alejandro Diaz Guevara has been associated with us for years and is a loyal customer. He not only gave away a complete Vespa PX at the meeting, but also sent us a large number of photos, a selection of which we would like to show you. Considering that the Vespa is not exactly widespread on this continent and the density of dealers is rather low, this event is all the more unique, and it is not surprising that it attracted scooter riders from all over Colombia as well as Ecuador, Argentina, Chile and Peru. Although the pictures show some "bumpy roads", they radiate pure joie de vivre. And they show once again that the love and passion for Vespas and Lambrettes unites people all over the world. We are really fascinated and a little bit envious. That must have been an awesome event.

We would like to thank Alejandro Diaz Guevara, Z4 Custom Motorcycle and all participants. SIP Scootershop will be happy to send a load of gifts to South America again next year. Muchas gracias, adiós y buen viaje!
