On Saturday 5 May 2018, the annual SIP Open Day took place again in Landsberg. More than 2,000 visitors had an enjoyable start to the scooter season, including 6 scooter riders from Malta whotravelled from Malta to Landsberg on their Vespa especially for this day . Thank you all for coming to our Open Day! We provide the location, beer, pizza - but the Open Day is all of you, with your scooters, VW buses, Apes, good mood, etc.

Scooter riders came fromSwitzerland, Austria, Italy and England. There was also an APE interest group from near Ulm, VW Bus T1 and T2 friends from Illertissen, the Vespa Club Munich with an information stand and rare Vespa models from the 1950s, as well as a well-attended second-hand scooter flea market.

Thanks to Leo Ernst for his wonderful vinyl sound carpet that he laid out for us again. There was the opportunity to have the performance of his scooter measured exactly on a test stand. Under the motto "Power for the Arche", 400 € were donated to the Arche Landsberg residential home for people with mental disabilities.

The SIP Open Day 2019 will take place on Saturday 4 May 2019! https://www.facebook.com/events/146661996187355/
