The main jet is responsible for making exactly the right amount of petrol available for the premixing. If the main jet is changed this primarily affects the middle and upper rev range. The PHB carburettors have a Ø 6mm main jet. Their size increases on the basis of 1 to 3 stages. The jets get increasingly richer. We stock the jets both individually in sizes 44 to -175 and in complete (50-72, 75-98, 100-122 and 125-148).
Conclusion: High quality DELL’ORTO jets are a compulsory upgrade for every scooter rider.
SIP-TIP: Use new gaskets when you work on your carburettor. The best idea is to order the gasket set (e.g. part no 92062000 for PHBH) at the same time.

CAUTION: Please take notice that we use DELLORTO jets exclusively. It doesn't make sense to save a few cents and use copy-cat jets. Those who've tuned carburetors and found the actual jet size does not correspond to the number engraved on the side, know what we're talking about. If 105 is on it, then there'd better be 105 in it! Anything else is a cheap trick.
