Always dependable, this is an all time favorite. DR has been around a long time and was one of the first to offer conversion cylinders for the 80ccm Vespa PX series, and they're still on top with continuous customer satisfaction.
DR is the Nr. 1 conversion cylinder on the market for the PX 80. They may have well coined the phrases "unbreakable" and "satisfaction guaranteed".
The cast iron cylinder is imposing with 7 transfers, a triple boost port and high quality ASSO piston, together with upper L - piston ring. DR turns an underpowered standard vehicle into a pepped up touring machine with up to 8.4 PS and 6500 rpms with top speeds up to 95 kmh.
Included in delivery is a copy of an inspection report which often helps getting clearance with the authorities, which will put you in a lower insurance class. The report is no longer valid, but usually still effective.
Conclusion: the DR is the classic of all conversion cylinders; dependable and durable. Want more? Then you'll have to install the 57mm stroke crankshaft from a 125/150 model and use the cylinder from the larger 177ccm class.

Cast iron cylinder, 48mm stroke, 7 transfers, triple boost port, piston with 2 piston rings, upper ring as L - ring. Original DR cylinder head is included in delivery as well as gasket set. Crankcase will not need modification; jets and ignition should be checked and optimised.
SIP-TIP: Adjust jets and replace spark plug, both an absolute must. Harmonizes well with 24/24 SI carburettor, a longer primary and SIP Road or SITO Plus exhaust. Vespatronic ignition or HP4 flywheel are both a good addition to round out the upgrade.
