Gasket speedometer/handlebar

The gasket sitting between speedometer and steering head prevents moisture from entering the steering head. If the packing starts to deteriorate or is missing, moisture will erode the bowden cable/electrical cables. Results are your electrical system shorting out or shapped cables.
