If the choke is pulled on starting up the scooter, the mix is enriched. The carburettor has a choke jet through which the mix can be further affected when the choke is pulled. We stock high quality DELL'ORTO choke jets in sizes 60 to 75. In addition, the following applies: The bigger the jet, the richer the mix that results.
Conclusion: Another useful option for adjusting the carburettor perfectly on the engine.
SIP-TIP: Don't forget the float chamber gasket (part no 922060), and also check the float needle (e.g. part no 40090) for wear and replace if necessary.
CAUTION: Please take notice that we use DELLORTO jets exclusively. It doesn't make sense to save a few cents and use copy-cat jets. Those who've tuned carburetors and found the actual jet size does not correspond to the number engraved on the side, know what we're talking about. If 105 is on it, then there'd better be 105 in it! Anything else is a cheap trick.
