I am running a 122 main jet in my std. Rally200 12pk Serie pro/ Sip Road, so the 116 main jet seems to small. It seems the Engine is running on the big idle jet (2.0) with full throttle the mix is to lean with the 116main.

mark your flywheel at 23degr. BTDC with degr. disk check with strobe-light at 2000RPM if marking is set correct and thrash the living daylight out of your Vespa!

Hello Steve, the longstroke crank only works well with a 1,5mm headgasket, a thicker basegasket makes the cylinder porttiming realy bad. Importend is to center the head and gasket with a 1,5 headcompansasion. The piston tops the barrel with 1,5mm so the piston could touch the head if not centered correctly. I use two stud bushes art.nr 87105000 to correctly

No problem, good luck I am currently rebuilding the engine for reedvalve setup, works a lot beter with a rezonance pipe like the PM. Keep on trashing the T5 :-)
