I'm with the white/white with black digits. By the way when you get round to doing the Lambretta ones, gotta be a black face with white digits, or clear digits so the back light shines through them at night!!! and in MPH, you know they'll sell well in the UK!!!

Does anybody have a decent wiring diagram for a Vespa Cosa 200, or know where I can get hold of one?? I know there is one on Scooterhelp.com, but it's too small and you can't read anything on it and when you try and enlarge it, it just makes it even more blurred.

Does anybody know what the all jet sizes are for the Cosa 200, I've tried looking round on the net with no joy. It's just that I stripped the carb apart today and noticed the main jet was only 96, which is quite low as I thought a standard P200 had a size 116!!

Is that what that bit coming off of the inlet to the carb is?? Strangest looking fuel pump I've seen, why bother with a fuel pump? It seems like they just done everything on the Cosa to be really awkward, virtually nothing is interchangable and as you say I hope I don't get a problem with the brakes, they look like a total nightmare but their fine at

I've never had a Cosa before, but have quickly found out that pretty much everything is different to a PX. Does anybody know if anyone does a workshop manual in English? I'm just finishing off fitting the last few parts to my Vespa Rally 200 restoration. I have a quick question about the seat. I'm using the original seat which I have cleaned up. Is there a spacer sits between the frame and the seat bracket? The reason I ask is when I lay the seat on the scooter, if I were top bolt it down as it is, the seat would sit

Hopefully somebody may be able to help me. I'm coming to the end of the rebuild of my Rally 200 and I'm looking to find out if anybody knows where to start with the jetting on my engine.
