did you find it worth the money. What size carb did you use and idi you open up the cases

Well worth the money. I've built several Malossi 210 motors but this kit blows the stock one away as it's refined to the max, just make sure you use a 60mm crank along with a 1mm base gasket as it's all reworked for a stroker crank = 221cc. My setup includes a Worb5 reworked 60mm crank, Parmakit electronic ignition (also awesome !), 30mm delorto PHBH carb, MMW reed block with RD350 reeds, banded clutch with Malossi springs, T5 4th gear and JL RH exhaust. (LH exhaust was a bit better on low end grunt, so I may go back to that.)

It's always a 1 or 2 kick starter and hauls ass. Haven't dyno'd it yet but guess it to be putting out around 30 hp !

Forgot to add....Yes, I opened up and matched the cases to the cylinder. No point in buying this kit if it's not matched.

Diasappointed - Although some work has been done to the barrel and piston, the exhaust port is not maximal at circa 64%, gaskets are standard and not as advertised, the exhaust duration is 5 degrees off.Most importantly, the transfers are not lowered to crown level; at this kind of money and as a ready to go stroked kit, this should have been done!
