Last weekend, the gates to Europe's biggest 'scrap metal parts market' opened once again. Just like every year, the Veterama took place at the Maimarkt fairground in Mannheim on the 2nd weekend of October. For a couple of years now, a delegation of the Vespa-Veteranen-Freunde has also been on board with a booth of their own.
This year SIP Scootershop also had a booth, where we presented our latest classic catalogue and new Vespa and Lambretta products of our own trademark.
But the Veterama is not only about selling. You also go there to meet friends and aquaintances and chat with them about this and that.
Not only Vintage vehicle fans will find something to their taste at the Veterama. There are also petrol pumps, enamel signs, decoration material and vintage workshop accessories on offer. The assorment is enormous and spreads on approximately 260.000m² with a total of more than 4500 individual traders.
