As the Destiny Race Days had to be cancelled last minute, Olaf and Jesco (supported by the Wotox SC) decided to organise the 1st Berlin GP.

The event took place at the Berlin Schönerlinde kart track. A demanding circuit with tricky layout, ever changing pavement and lots of bumps. Love it or hate it.

This time a powerful engine alone wouldn't help you win. It was rather a matter of shocks, suspension and driving skills. Mike finally got the chance to test the SIP shock absorber's new spring (-20%) under extreme conditions and he was obviously totally happy with it.
In K2, Team Jesco Motors were able to celebrate a double victory. Robert also drove the fastest lap (53.6) and won the 'Best of all' on Jesco's Lamy. Mike Betz and Markus Angleitner (Stoffis) were once again the fastest drivers in K5. Maximum respect to Mike who drove his standart class scooter in the Best of all race and still managed to finish 3rd.

We hope that Jesco (broken thumb) and the two guys who hurt their shoulders will get better soon!

Congrats to all winners of the day and all those who already have the championship under their belts.

A big thanks you to all the marshals, paramedics, visitors, helpers and bit babes :-)
Also thanks to RustRacer for summing everything up here and to Alessia for taking pictures!
