For the more sport orientated models produced by the Hungarian manufacturers MOTOWELL, MALOSSI Germany have compiled performance enhancement kits intended for easy DIY installation. The kits ensure a noticeable boost in power to the already performance orientated set-up of the MOTOWELL motors.
We have three kits available for the liquid cooled (LC) MOTOWELL motors:
Performance kit W2 (# 11308301)
The W2 kit can be considered as an entry level tuning package. Simply replacing the relevant original parts with the components from this conversion kit will instantly raise the power output of your motor to 6 PS. Along with the MALOSSI tuning items a GIANELLI Next race exhaust with European approval is also included.
AS 2 kit includes: GIANELLI Next race exhaust, White Malossi reverse pressure spring, 'Red Sponge' air filter insert, HT Roll variomatic rollers, (15x12 @ 4.8gr.)
Performance kit W3 (#11308303)
The W3 kit includes a MALOSSI Sport 68cc LC cylinder which has proven both powerful and reliable. It also makes the almost legendary 10 PS available, coupled with a noticeably higher top speed and an improved acceleration.

Performance kit W4 (#11308302)
One for all the street racers! If you want just that little bit more, the W4 kit should be able to satisfy your needs! The conversion to a MALOSSI Sport 68cc LC cylinder in combination with the European certified GIANELLI Next race exhaust along with the further MALOSSI components included should deliver at least 12 PS. Over time these cylinders have proven to be both powerful and reliable and coupled with a MALOSSI gear tuning set can be easily transformed into a true race machine able to make motorcycle riders nervous!

SIP-TIP : Replacement jets for the carb are not included with these kits we recommend that the main jet be increased to an 85 and the idle jet to a 40 size respectively, especially with the W3 and W4 set-ups. Ideally the work should be carried out by a MOTOWELL licensed workshop.
