A driven-pulley outer half produced by ZELIONI. The angle of the inner flank is noticeably more extreme than the original, providing an improved acceleration with an optimised drive train ensuring more efficiency. The redesigned fanwheel fins reduce the overall temperature in the transmission area (variomatic and clutch units), so extending the working life of the 'V' belt.
Measured temperatures with identical load and rpm :
• original pulley : 70°C
• ZELIONI pulley : 59°C
CAUTION: The modified flank angle means that this pulley conversion only functions with the inclusion of the slightly shorter 'V' belt from the PIAGGIO LEADER motor 125-200cc (#P248052, #R163750660, M6112854), otherwise the existing belt will come into contact with the crankcase inner. We recommend the ZELIONI variomatic pulley as the ideal complementary component.
The BUZZETTI holding tool is compatible with this part, making for a quick and easy mounting procedure.
SIP-TIP : Do not forget to order new holding nuts for both the clutch and variator assemblies. An optimal performance can be achieved in combination with the ZELIONI variomatic unit.
