POLINI have a 209cc aluminium performance cylinder available for the PIAGGIO 125-200cc Leader motor. Due to an increased bore of 74mm the Italian tuners promise up to 20 PS power output when correctly set up! The nicasil lined bore ensures the heightened reliability of this kit. This cylinder represents a viable alternative to the 209cc MALOSSI cylinder and as an upgrade from the 125cc original PIAGGIO item.

Nicasil lined bore, increased cubic capacity, compression ratio of 1:11.6, 48.7 mm stroke, original carb and exhaust can still be used.
SIP-TIP : An 8-10% larger main jet is necessary for models with carbs included along with a taller overall gear ratio. Additional performance enhancing components such as the MALOSSI V4 cylinder head and a sport orientated camshaft will increase the available power even more. Although the original spark plug can be retained we recommend the use of the NGK CR9EB item.
