SIP-TIP: The mounting of a camshaft or new valves requires some skills and knowledge of 4-stroke engine technology. Should you be unsure as to whether or not you will manage to mount the parts yourself, ask your friends for help or consult a professional workshop. We also stock a workshop manual (part no 578905) for LEADER engines, that offers step-by-step instructions. Modifications to the camshaft can lead to a fluttering of the valves. It is for this reason that we strongly suggest the mounting of stiffer valve springs (if available for the respective model).
