A combination of customer demand and their vast collection of performance values, attained in diverse race series, has led MALOSSI engineers to provide an upgraded update to their already proven MHR and MHR BIG BORE race exhaust systems. These systems, designed for exclusive use with their very own 68cc cylinders and the 77/86cc 'BIG BORE' cylinder kits, have been extensively re-shaped, especially at the outlet and in its middle section. MALOSSI promise an increase in power of at least 0.5 PS over its predecessor system.
Racing exhaust MALOSSI MHR II
Constructed using 0.8-1.0mm thick special steel plate. The unprocessed steel plate is first bead-blasted and welded with the TIG and MIG processes and finally acetylene welded by hand into its final form. The main body of the pipe is then finished with a clear varnish, the aluminium silencer has a matt brushed finish.
SIP-TIP : These units are designed exclusively for use with the MALOSSI MHR/MHR BIG BORE cylinder kits. In addition we recommend the use of an internal-rotor ignition and the 'Overrange' variator kit, also produced by MALOSSI. Basti, a member of the SIP team, used a BIG BORE motor with all complementary MALOSSI components during the complete DSSC 2011 race season. Since the entire range of MALOSSI MHR parts are already conceived by the factory to match and harmonise each other we saw no reason to contradict this philosophy and equipped his motor exclusively with MALOSSI MHR parts. His overall victory in the DSSC 2011 championship confirmed this faith completely!
