SIP Scootershop and Stoffis Garage (Austria) have joined forces years ago to form the very successful SIP STOFFIs Racing Team!Adrenalin. Excitement. Speed. More and more scooterists are getting enthusiastic about pushing the limits of man and material on the circuit. And once you catch the racing fever… you’ll never get rid of it again. That is why back in 2003 the Euro Scooter Challenge committed itself to offering a wide platform for scooter racing enthusiasts. With roughly 400 registered drivers from all over the world, and as an official part of the DMV, the ESC’s professionalism and popularity are constantly growing. Also SIP Scootershop will send an outstanding team into the competition: Circuit legend Christoph ‚Stoffi‘ Maier will lead the team’s Austrian section. Robert ‚Zini‘ Zinnöcker, and largeframe pilot Michael Pesendorfer are on board, too. So is youngster Markus Angleitner, who will make his debut in the smallframe top class K2 with a Quattrini setup. The team will be round out by the German drivers Robert Leibfarth and Michael Betz. While Robert is one of the hottest favorites to lift the K2 trophy at the end of the season, Mike will start in Class 1 with his new Polini Evo. The SIP Team has already started the season with a big bang and brought home two trophies: From the Austrian 12h ‚Springrace‘ (1.) and from the Spanish 24h race ‚VTR‘ (3. Overall standings and 2. in their class). This season, SIP TV will collaborate with the ESC IG in a media partnership and provide you with video reports of all the races.
