These cylinders aren’t just another POLINI/MALOSSI copy with beefed up timing. No folks, this is the real thing! A really new development based on up-to-date 2 stroke mechanics. The layout leans on POLINI AF 1 cylinders – but fits Small Frames!
Gray cast race cylinder kit with divided outlet, Ø 60m, 51mm stroke, cylinder head with o-ring gaskets, base gaskets in two thicknesses.
Attention: cylinder base must be milled to Ø 65mm, sealing surface milled down ca. 1 mm (our service can do the job for you). Welding is not necessary, but we recommend you reinforce the flywheelside bearing. We do not recommend 180° rotated assembly (thermal problems).
SIP TIP: Carburettor size minimum 25mm (30mm are far better), with HHP intake manifold, FABRIZI FHT exhaust system

A two hole mounting, suitable for V50/ PV/ ET3 motors or the three hole mounting for the PK/ XL motors, mountable in the normal or reversed position, six petal reed assembly, connecting adaptor for a 38mm carb., 45mm diameter carb. connection, mounting screws and gaskets are included in the delivery.
