The Parmakit W-Force cylinder is also available in a water cooled version. These W-Force LC kits have their upper three cooling ribs removed and are equipped with a H²O head. All kits are available with centered spark plug. Expect improved cooling, higher compression and optimal combustion chamber properties.

Aluminium cylinder, 51 mm stroke, 97 mm or 105 mm, direct intake, W-Force reed valve, VERTEX forged piston with 1.0 mm ductile cast piston ring, bi-conic gudgeon pin, 8 mm exhaust studs with 62 mm spacing distance and 36 mm exhaust diameter, 8x bolted centered, CNC milled two piece H²O cylinder head with separate combustion chamber (anodised), with centered spark plug, gasket set included. The motors peripheral parts should be upgraded, to match the increased performance, jets should be modified. Fits all Vespa PV/ET3/PK/XL/XL2 models, except PK automatic. The crankcase must be modified to match cylinder transfers.
SIP-TIP: main jet adjustment and new spark plugs are a must. Racing shaft with 20/20 or 24/25 mm cone. Keep an eye on connecting rod length. Exhaust VSP Race, FRANZ or FALC, electronic ignition such as VESPATRONIC or PARMAKIT, 34 - 38 mm carburetor. Primary 2.54 - 2.34, round out with DRT toothed gears. Radiator, water pump, thermostat and hoses should not be forgotten.
