Shock Absorber Sport "lowered"

Sport shock absorbers are good all-round suspension units with a strengthened spring and a larger damping cartridge. They offer a clear improvement to the suspension at a reasonable price. On certain Sport shock absorbers, the spring preload can be optimally set to current requirements rapidly and in different levels. Some of these shock absorbers do not have TÜV certification, however.

 

The CARBONE shock absorbers are made in Italy and convince thanks to their exceptionally high quality. The spring preload of the Sport CARBONE can be adjusted to 3 settings. The shock absorbers are available in 3 different colour combinations, and at a very good price/performance ratio.

 

The YSS X-Pro range convinces thanks to its continuously variable spring preload. They are also one of the few sports shock absorbers with TÜV certification. Ideal for those without the deepest of pockets and therefore a genuine alternative to the BITUBOs.

 

The J-range is a gas pressuer suspension unit without any springs. They are absolute eye catchers on customised frames. And a genuine alternative in terms of price and performance to the FOURNALES shock absorbers.

 

The lowerd SERIE PRO version is shortened and fits perfectly for the conversion of the PK steering column in the V50/PV/ET3 frame. If it is not shortened then the V50 with the PK fork gets a chopper look.

 

Conclusion: Anyone who weighs more than 60kg or often takes a passenger knows to value stiffer shock absorbers. Curves are great to negotiate, potholes no longer mean panic attacks and high speeds are easy to master.

 

SIP TIP: Order new silent rubber an spacer nuts at the same time.
