Here's a real hottie: the SERIE PRO racing crankshaft for the Vespa 125 VNG/GT/GTR VLN2T -> 145900/Super/TS VLN3T -> 18138/150 VBA/VBB/T4/GL/Sprint/V VNB1T -> 2942593/Super VBC1T -> 412373.
WORB5 lengthened the intake timing of this shaft on a MAZZUCCHELLI basis. Puts a lot of punch in your tired old original motor. Higher rpm, improved acceleration and higher end speed are possible. This racing shaft harmonizes very well in connection with 177 cc racing cylinders and touring - race exhaust systems.
Conclusion: very good and simple tuning for your weaker, original motor.
Racing crankshaft / stroke 57 mm / 20/25 mm / M10
Racing crankshaft with ø 95 mm crankweb (flywheel side), ø 97.9 mm crankweb (disc valve side), oil seal housing 20 mm, bearing housing 25 mm, pointed cone with M10 thread, incl. connecting rod
SIP-TIP: A DR/PINASCO 177, a touring exhaust, such as SIP Road or an Italian exhaust, as well as a 24er SI carburetor are a good set up.
The timings stated above were determined viewing in the direction of the clutch side. That means: "138°/6° after TDC: Inlet timing begins 6° after TDC and stays open for 138°.
Please note that the angular degrees given here are approximate values, as the crankshafts are reworked by hand.
