ZADRA Engine Components: Valentino Zadra and Lorenzo Stefenelli are no strangers to the World Superbike Championships. Only a matter of time therefore until these thoroughbred Italians use their 2-stroke tuning knowledge to help your average Vespa rider.
Zadra have taken on a more effective redesign of the PK XL clutch. Their version includes 10 reinforced clutch springs which ensures clutch plate contact for even the strongest of motors with surprisingly comfortable and easy clutch lever operation.
This clutch fits all vespa small frame motors (50-125/PV/ET3/PK50-125/S/XL). The PK XL2 thrust plate is necessary for this clutch conversion and some models might need the clutch cover to be modified. Alternatively the SIP clutch cover can be used.
Conclusion: ZADRA have effectively eliminated all power-related clutch problems with their version of the PKXL2 clutch. No more clutches slipping or sticking.
