For his disc valve cylinder kits, LAURO offers a mighty intake manifold with an internal diameter of 36mm. Perfect for letting the engine breathe correctly and providing it with enough mixture.
LAURO CAFFORIO obtained an engine output of 24 HP from his own disc valve engine, with 38mm carburettor, FALC exhaust and disc valve shaft. A lot of power for a disc valve!
The intake manifold is designed for Vespa V50/ PV/ ET3 bodies, but should be additionally expanded due to the intake pipe diameter of the body outlet. The same also applies to use in Vespa PK models.
Conclusion: Not only suitable for the FALC disc valve cylinders, but also for every disc valve fan who wants to drive with intake sizes above 30mm.

Disc valve intake manifold 2 or 3-hole, Ø 36mm, intake sleeve 44.5/ 44.5mm, 2 hose clamps holding range 40-60mm, incl. gasket and fastening materials. Fits all Vespa 50/PV/ET3/PK/XL/XL2 models, except PK automatic. Inlet should be modified.
