MWW modifies the MALOSSI 166cc cylinder head to deliver a perfectly adjusted cylinder. The angle and width of the head squish band clearance are modified, the top is adjusted to each individual race cylinder. This creates a new head layout, promising more power, less pinking and increased durability.
The MMW head for the POLINI/D.R./PINASCO cast iron 177 has become a classic part especially appreciated by Vespa fans who drive their POLINI long distances. The MALOSSI 166 head has a higher compression and is much sportier than the original. The PINASCO 177 has lower compression and less extreme port timings. The new PINASCO 177 MMW head together with the 1.0 mm base gasket included in delivery can give your cylinder a jump start to more power.
All heads are available for standard 57mm and long stroke 60mm. 60mm heads will not need additional gaskets.
Conclusion: MMW makes 166/177cc tuning more effective and durable.
