There's more power to be had out of your 210cc when it's cleanly modified or simply renovated. How about a completely modified MALOSSI out of the SERIE PRO production from tuning guru Andi Wrobel.
The boost port conduit (third transfer opposite the exhaust) is widened and polished. The exhaust is enlarged on the side circa 2.0mm and widened upwards around 2.0mm. Additionally the piston windows are enlarged to a maximal niveau. Those who've ever worked on a 210cc knows how much that this all is....
A really noticeable performance increase can be attained from a complete modification. Especially the exhaust modifications increase the max performance about 300 1/min. In the complete speed range a measurable increase is obtainable, torque increase also. Your motor will run much quieter. A performance increase from 2 to 4 PS can be expected!
Conclusion: Simple and quick power upgrade. Ideal for those wanting modifications but don't trust themselves to do the job as good as the pro's.

aluminum cylinder, 57 mm stroke, 7 transfers, piston with 2 trapeze piston rings and chromed race, exhaust, boost port conduit, modified piston, includes gasket set. Jets and ignition should be checked and optimized.
Motor casing should be modified to fit the larger cylinder transfers.
