The presentation of the new SERIE PRO Newline by Scooter & Service offers a true all-rounder exhaust unit.
This performance orientated pipe is ideal for touring set ups, but can also be used for maximum performance tuning projects. The version available for the original PIAGGIO cylinder offers a noticeable gain in torque delivery, even in the lower rev ranges and an ideal as well as more consistent power delivery with an acceptable sound. This exhaust unit does not only suit the more moderate states of tune (unmodified MALOSSI 210cc with the DELLORTO SI 24mm), but also offers itself for full-on performance tuning projects with with the suitable periphery (30mm+carburettor, modified MALOSSI, etc.) for 30 PS and even more... The version available for the smaller capacity PX models (PX80 -150) is the latest to complement this range of pipes. It is also the ideal choice when looking for a flexible, wide power delivery, with a noticeable gain in torque.
If you are putting a high end performance project together than the Lefthand 2009 pipe is ideal. This expansion pipe system is designed for higher revs and the more performance orientated setups of 20 PS and more. It comes supplied with Scooter & Service's latest generation silencer unit. This exhaust is ideal in combination with a modified MALOSSI 210cc kit, 30-34mm carburettor kit and a high end crankshaft to release its true monster potential! All of these exhaust units come supplied oiled and are not compatible with the use of a main stand and/or spare wheel.
Conclusion: The New line exhaust units are genuine all-rounders: Ideal for all states of tune, from milled, hardly modified setups, all the way through to fire breathing monsters with long stroke cranks and reed valved carburettors.

Steel, oiled, lefthand exit, aluminium silencer, manifold assembly with Viton O-ring sealing gasket, springed manifold/ cylinder connection assembly. This exhaust pipe allows the use of larger tyre sizes, are not compatible with the use of a main stand and/or spare wheel.
Check your carburettor jetting and your ignition timing during assembly for optimal and enduring performance.
SIP-TIP: Special high temperature resistant exhaust paint and a side-stand are helpful when you fit this exhaust system. For cylinders with a larger capacity than 166cc you should also use a carburettor of at least 24mm choke diameter and a taller gearing kit. A 24mm carburettor is sufficient for the Newline 200cc version, but the Lefthand 2009 unit requires a carburettor of 30mm or larger. Recommendable periphery include high end crankshafts, MMW carburettor manifolds, SIP/MMW cylinder heads, DRT gear box cogs and spares, a VESPATRONIC ignition and a strengthened or reinforced COSA clutch.
