The older your vehicle is and the more mileage on your motor, the more reasons for replacing your original cylinder. The races are worn down and your pistons will get sticky or freeze up on you or even shrink.
We offer you low priced standard cylinder kits, 1:1 with the original. Measurements, performance and optics are identical. We also offer you PIAGGIO cylinder kits, as long as we can still get them. If they are PIAGGIO ones, we will name them in that way.
The kits come with complete pistons including 2 piston rings, but without cylinder head and gaskets.
Cylinder Kit modified for PX80: We've modified this cylinder kit to fit the smaller casing diameter of the 80er. The original 80ccm crankshaft with 48mm stroke must be replaced with a 125/150ccm shaft from the larger models with 57mm stroke. We also recommend a longer transmission (POLINI/MALOSSI) or a clutch cog with 21-22 teeth.
