Cast iron cylinder, 43mm stroke, 5 transfers, divided into 4 auxiliary transfers and a boost port, pistons with 2 piston rings (1x square, 1x L-ring) and boost port side cutout, 6mm exhaust studs, original POLINI cylinder head included in delivery. Compression 9.9:1, including gasket set. Jets should be adjusted.
Fits all Vespa 50/PK/XL/XL2 models, except PK automatic. Transfers match the originals, casing must not be modified.
SIP-TIP: Main jet 60-65 and new spark plugs are mandatory. We recommend a longer transmission, for example, the PINASCO pinion. Your motor will be even more sportier with a 16/16 carburettor, original exhaust with a wider manifold or the SITO Banana.
